Welcome to the Phoenix Entrepreneur Network (PEN) enrollment page — the gateway to keeping 100% of your earnings, working on your own terms, and launching your independent career or business with the support of a powerful platform.

Whether you’re a service provider, rideshare driver, delivery driver, or business owner, this form begins your onboarding process with PEN.

✅ What to Expect

After submitting your form:

Our admin team will review your information and documents.
If additional documents or details are needed, we’ll reach out directly.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to complete your one-time onboarding payment.
After payment is received, you’ll be fully activated and can begin accepting customers and earning!

⚠️ Please Note:

You are not required to pay anything until you’re officially approved.
Once approved, your onboarding fee (up to $159) becomes due.
This fee covers your background check, identity and license verification, and administrative processing.

💰 Subscription Fee Information

Monthly Subscription fees range from $49.99 to $99.00 per month, based on your profession or services.
This monthly fee gives you access to your profile, booking dashboard, PEN's dispatching services for your clients and for adding more rides to your business, client connections, and 100% of your earnings — always.

🧾 Required Documents (Depending on Career Path)

You may be asked to upload:

A valid government-issued photo ID
Licenses or certifications (if required for your service)
Proof of professional insurance (optional but encouraged)
Picture of vehicle, front, back and sides. Registration, Driver License and insurance.

If you are a rideshare or delivery driver, you may register your vehicle information etc... inside the app. We have you sign up here as well due to some information not being able to be provided inside the app.

Don’t worry — we’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed based on your profession.
