Whether you're joining PEN as a service provider, rideshare driver, business owner, or customer, we may collect:

From Customers:

• Name, email address, phone number
   
• Address or location data for service delivery or pickups
   
• Payment details (handled securely through our third-party processor)
   
• Purchase history or service usage
   
• Device info and website/app activity (to improve your experience)
   

From Providers, Drivers, or Businesses:

• All of the above, plus:
   
• Business name, service info, and areas served
   
• Uploaded documents (licenses, certifications, resumes, etc.)
   
• Background check and identity verification data
   
• Profile images, bio descriptions, and service listings
   

We use your data only to run and improve our platform. Specifically:

• To process signups, service requests, and bookings
   
• To match customers with the right providers or services
   
• To verify identities and credentials (for providers only)
   
• To process payments securely through trusted partners
   
• To contact you with account updates or important notifications
   
• To improve our website, app, and user experience
   

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or outside marketers. Ever.

Your personal data is stored using modern, encrypted systems with strict access controls. We only work with secure, trusted vendors for services like payment processing (Stripe, Afterpay), email communication, and document verification.

We never store full payment details on our own servers — that information is managed by certified payment processors.

Whether you’re a customer or a business owner, you can update or request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. We believe in full transparency — your data is yours.

We use limited cookies and anonymous usage data to keep the site running smoothly and improve your experience. You can manage your cookie settings anytime through your browser.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PEN website, app, and services — whether you’re here as a service provider, business owner, driver, or customer. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

To use the PEN platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have legal consent if younger)
   
• Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up
   
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
   

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your PEN account. Don’t share your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

If you’re a service provider, rideshare driver, or business owner on PEN, you agree to:

• Only offer services you are qualified, licensed, or trained to perform
   
• Comply with any local, state, or federal regulations related to your work
   
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
   
• Not engage in illegal or unsafe conduct on or off the platform
   
• Keep your subscription active and documents up to date
   

You acknowledge that PEN has the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these responsibilities, especially if customer safety or integrity of the platform is at risk.

If you're using PEN to book services or rides, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
   
• Treat all providers with respect and courtesy
   
• Pay for services as agreed through the platform
   
• Not misuse, abuse, or scam providers or the platform itself
   

• Monthly Subscription Fees: Range from $49.99 to $99.00/month based on profession. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
   
• Onboarding Fee: One-time fee (up to $159) charged only after approval. Installment plans via Afterpay are available on the website only.
   
• 100% Earnings: PEN does not take a cut from your services, rides, tips, or delivery fees. What you earn, you keep.
   

We’re constantly improving the PEN platform, which means occasional downtimes or changes may occur. We’re not liable for temporary outages, updates, or system issues — but we’re always working to keep things smooth and reliable.

The PEN name, logo, website content, and all branding are owned by Phoenix Entrepreneur Network and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for:

• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
   
• Harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity
   
• Repeated customer complaints or violations of these Terms
   

If you wish to cancel your subscription or deactivate your account, you may contact admin at any time.

• PEN does not guarantee the success, income, or volume of business for any service provider or driver.
   
• Customers are encouraged to review providers carefully. PEN is not liable for issues arising from independently delivered services.
   

We may update these Terms periodically. All updates will be posted here, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the latest version.

Refunds for services or products booked through the PEN platform are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because all providers operate independently, their personal refund policies apply.

However, PEN is committed to protecting all users. In the event of a complaint or concern:

• PEN will investigate the issue thoroughly.
   
• Refunds may be issued only after the completion of the investigation and based on the outcome and the provider’s individual refund terms.
   
• PEN does not guarantee refunds, but we are happy to assist with negotiating a resolution between the customer and provider.
   

If you are a customer seeking a refund, we encourage you to:

1. Contact the service provider directly first (if safe and appropriate).
    
2. Reach out to PEN admin via email at [admin@phoenixnetwork.com] for mediation or support.
    

We take all complaints and concerns seriously — from both customers and providers.

If a complaint is filed against a service provider or driver:

• PEN will conduct a full investigation based on all submitted evidence.
   
• If misconduct, unprofessional behavior, or safety violations are confirmed, PEN reserves the right to administer disciplinary action, including:
   
  • Formal warnings
     
  • Temporary account suspensions
     
  • Permanent termination
     
  • Referral to legal authorities (if applicable)
     

Our goal is to maintain a safe, trustworthy platform where both providers and customers feel supported and protected.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to cooperate with PEN admin during the review process. Our team will always aim for a fair, respectful, and timely resolution.
