Empowering the Next Generation — Together
At the Phoenix Entrepreneur Network, we believe entrepreneurship isn’t just a career path — it’s a way to build confidence, creativity, and connection. Our Youth Business Program is designed to spark innovation in kids and teens while creating stronger families and future-ready leaders.
Whether your child dreams of starting a lemonade stand, designing stickers, selling handmade jewelry, or launching a digital business — PEN is here to guide the journey.
👨👩👧👦 Parents are not just welcome — they’re essential.
We encourage families to build businesses together. Explore our list of suggested youth-friendly industries, or browse the full directory of 200+ services to see if there’s a perfect fit for your child’s passion.
💬 PEN is here for any extra support you may need — from enrollment to branding to mentorship. You’re not in this alone — you’re part of the PEN family.
Because when young people are supported, empowered, and included — they don’t just start businesses. They start legacies. 🌱
Empowering kids to dream, build, and earn — with their families every step of the way. You'd be surprised how talented and entrepreneurial kids are.
At PEN, we’re not just building businesses — we’re building legacies. We believe kids should grow up learning to own, not just to work. PEN Young Bosses is our exclusive program for youth ages 12–17 to launch real businesses under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Because success shouldn’t start at 18. It should start the moment they’re ready to dream big.
